Taxation, Customs, and Postal Services

1. ORIGIN AND SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS
1.1. Some of our products are sourced internationally and are shipped directly from our suppliers in the United States, Brazil, Sweden, and Asia to the address provided at the time of purchase.
1.2. Products arriving at customs on or after April 10, 2023, are subject to taxation.


2. CPF IRREGULARITY
2.1. If the order is refused by the Brazilian postal service due to an “irregularity in the CPF,” the Company is not responsible for reshipment costs and will not issue a refund for the purchase, since the merchandise will not be returned to the Company.
2.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to resolve any CPF irregularities with the Federal Revenue Service.
2.3. Reshipment may be requested upon payment of the stipulated fee, provided that a name and CPF number that are in good standing with the Federal Revenue Service are supplied.

3. PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
3.1. Purchases may take up to 7 (seven) days to be processed.
3.2. After processing, orders may take up to 7 (seven) days to be shipped.

4. DELIVERY TIME
4.1. Delivery takes 7 to 20 business days after the order is shipped.
4.2. This timeframe may be extended in cases of delays, strikes, holidays, periods of high demand at the post office, or other situations beyond our control.
4.3. Delivery time varies depending on the efficiency of the postal service in the recipient’s region.

5. ORDER TRACKING
5.1. After shipment, you will receive a tracking code via email.
5.2. It may take up to 7 business days
