Our suppliers will ship your product directly from the factory to you.
Purchases may take up to 7 days to be processed, and after processing, orders may take up to 7 days to be shipped.
Delivery time will be between 10 and 25 business days.
If there are customs delays and the package is held up in Brazil, the time until it is released does not count toward the delivery time.

Once the stipulated timeframe has passed, we recommend that you contact the postal service to clarify the reason for the delay.
If the postal service does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers.
If we confirm that there is a logistics issue with your order, we will issue a FULL refund for your purchase immediately after these verification steps.
The tracking code for your order will be sent by email within 5 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed.
If you paid via bank slip (Boleto Bancário), the time between payment and bank clearance may take up to 5 business days.
